Getting access
Everything starts with accessing our Support Center. Your login name is your email address. A password was created for you when you subscribed. If you have forgotten your password please follow this link to reset it.

We will always do our best to try and answer any questions you might have. You can ask questions, report problems, read tutorials and share ideas on our forums.

Downloading invoices
You can download your payment receipts from the "Account" page after logging into the Joomlatools Support.

Installing extensions
Important! Please follow our getting started guides for DOCman, FILEman, LOGman, or TEXTman
To install an extension in Joomla, upload it's package through the installation manager. You can always refer to the official Joomla documentation for a complete walktrough: Installing an extension.
